- Hi Jane. Lockley is an unusual surname! My paternal grandmother was a Pitchford but I have an ancestor on my maternal side who was a Lockley (from Worcester). Small world!

- Did quite a lot of investigating in the 1980's. None recently but interested to restart. Live very close to Shropshire and have visited many of the villages to where I have traced my ancestors including Moreton Corbett, Wem, Loppington, Dawley and Shrewsbury.
